Online Meat startup Licious has appointed Naveen Kumar Nerlaje as the new HR head or Head of Human Resources. Having worked in diverse industries like Automobile, FMCG and Retail industries, Naveen brings along with him a rich experience in the field of human resource, according to the statement issued by the company.
Some of his prominent past work experience includes Director of Partner Resources at Tata Starbucks as well as working in HR positions in prominent companies like Hindustan Unilever, Nestle India, and Toyota India.
Commenting on the new appointment, Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta, Co-Founders, Licious said, “Naveen has quite literally, hit the ground running! He joined us at a very crucial juncture when we were trying hard to achieve the delicate balance between safeguarding our team’s health & wellbeing & supplementing business growth through existing and oncoming workforce.”
