PayPal acquires Israeli cryptocurrency startup Curv

Payment giant PayPal is all set to acquire Curv, an Israeli startup based in the capital city Tel Aviv. Curv is essentially a cryptocurrency security firm, helping companies and investors to store their crytpcurrencies safely. The company runs a cloud-based service that enables you to have unfettered access to your crypto wallets without any hardware device. The development has come barely months after PayPal said that it will back cryptocurrencies for using as payment currencies.

EU gives green signal to Microsoft’s $7.5 Bn Bethesda Mega Acquisition

Microsoft’s mega acquisition of ZeniMax Media – the parent company of Bethesda – has got regulatory approval of the European Commission. Although the regulatory approval was merely a formality, it will give the software giant a much needed edge in the gaming space and surmount a challenge to Play Station. Nodwin is the subsidiary of the Mumbai-based gaming giant Nazara, which is all set to roll out its IPO in the coming months.
