Twitter on Tuesday announced a Tor Onion Service that will let people access Twitter even if it is blocked in their respective countries.  Twitter said that the Tor Onion Service dissuades even surveillance activities conducted on behalf of the government or any third party. This platform is based on a version of the Enterprise Onion Toolkit (EOTK).
