Trade Finance startup Drip Capital strikes Partnership with Canvs

Prominent Fintech startup Drip Capital has sealed a partnership with Canvs – a leading community of designers – for fulfilling plethora of design and technological solutions. As part of this deal, Canvs helped in completely redesigning Drip Capital’s seller portal, which will help sellers to effortlessly create & manage invoice limits as well as using the passbook for tracking the cash flow.

Drip Capital is one of the prominent startups operating in trade finance space with an ambitious aim to help India in increasing its export trade. Startups like Drip Capital indeed have its task cut out as export is still a minuscule part of India’s GDP. To achieve this seemingly difficult task, Drip Capital got a much needed funding boost after it raised nearly $25 Mn earlier this year. The company was founded by co-founders Pushkar Mukewar & Neil Kothari in 2014 and employs nearly 150-200 employees across the world.

Drip Capital is also exceptional in a sense that it is among the very few Fintech startup focusing on the niche space of trade and export.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Canvs has worked with a Fintech startup. The platform boosts a rich experience and expertise in the Fintech sector.

Commenting on collaboration, Rahul Sheth, Product Head, Drip Capital, said, “Canvs helped us fill an important gap at the right time. They did a great job considering the limited context & remote setting. We had a great working relationship, good processes in place along with great response time and project management. It was a pleasure working with Canvs.”

As of today, Canvs claims that it has over 10,000 designers on its platform that are capable of fulfilling various product design needs. The platform so far has worked with several prominent Fintech companies including the likes of Aditya Birla Capital and ICICI Bank.
