French Music Startup Believe Acquires Mumbai based Entco for Undisclosed Amount

Believe Digital, a Paris based leading technology and artist services company, on Monday acquired Entco – an Indian live music production company. Believe did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition deal.

Following the acquisition deal, Entco will be rebranded as ‘Believe Entertainment’ and will be based in Mumbai, where it will closely align with live music experiences for brands and consumers with the help of Believe’s growing music distribution, label services and artist services operations in the market.

Believe Entertainment will seek to capitalize on Entco’s well-established position in the Indian industry, with the latter boasting legacy of award-winning live experiences, music festivals and concerts led by renowned experts and artists.

Warren De Sylva Co-founder and Creative Director, Entco, also expressed confidence that the deal will help in improving the quality of live music experiences.
