Netflix is testing a new channel in France but it is not a streaming channel
Streaming giant Netflix is testing a new channel in France, which will technically propel Netflix beyond its core streaming business. This new channel is called Netflix Direct and will be operating in linear content format. It simply means that this new channel will be doing pretty much the same thing that normal broadcasting and cable channels do.
