Volkswagen is planning an affordable EV car for as little as $24, 000

In not so distant future, Volkswagen may end up launching one of the most affordable electric cars in the market. According to news agency Reuters, the auto giant is currently working on a plan to design a pure electric car that will be in the size of its hatchback car ‘Polo.’ The car will be made for mass market and its price range will be reportedly between $25,000 – $30,0000. However, Volkswagen has so far not officially confirmed the news. That said, this makes German auto giant a direct competitor of Tesla as the latter is also planning to launch an affordable EV car into the market.

Tony Hsieh, one of America’s top tech entrepreneur, passes away at the age of 46

Last weekend, the American business community got shocking news that Tony Hsieh has departed from this world.  Hsieh reportedly died in a fire accident at his Connecticut house. For more than one decade Hsieh symbolized unwavering entrepreneurial spirit for an entire generation of American entrepreneurs. His claim to success was due to online shoe company Zappos, which he eventually sold to Amazon for whopping $1.2 Bn. However, Hsieh’s entrepreneurial success goes to as early as age 24, when at such an young age he sold his young startup called Link Exchange to tech giant Microsoft.

After the U.S, Great Britain has now decided to impose a ban on Chinese equipment manufacturer Huawei. According to reports, the U.K government has decided to bring stricter regulation for Chinese equipment maker. These tight regulations, as per reports, will make it very difficult for U.K’s telecom companies to forge partnership with Huawei for rolling out 5G network across the world.
