  • Profile GUIDs are available here. You need to find your original profile name, and for this you need to keep clicking on every profile. You will find 2 GUID keys. One will be named with .bak . Delete the one that has not the .bak version. Look for the DWORD value of the State will be 8100, remove 8 so that only 100 is left. Now exit

  • Restart the system and now login with the account you have just fixed.

  • Sign in to the system as the administrator.

  • Click the button called “Get Started”. Then click Programs-> Accessories-> System->Restore

  • Now, you can find the new window and click here “Restore my PC to Prior Period”.

  • Click Next.

  • Choose the recent restore data from the “select a restoration date”.

  • Click Next inside the verification screen.
