Step1: Switch off the phone and enter into the recovery mode. You can do this by pressing the home and volume down buttons together. Also, press the power button at the same time.

Step 2: Select the wipe data or factory reset option, and then choose the option wipe cache partition. This deletes all data and caches from the phone.

Step 3: To wipe Dalvik cache go to advanced settings and choose Wipe Dalvik Cache option.

Step 4: Download and install the mini tool partition wizard.

Step 5: Use a card reader to connect the memory card to your computer card, and of course first remove the memory card from the phone. Then app you have downloaded should be run on the computer.

Step 7: Right click again and click the option, and then choose Create new option.

  • Click Ext 2 and then click ok

  • Now click OK to restart the phone

  • Go to settings -> Autolink -> Autolink Notification -> and click on the install location option

  • Click on the external icon and switch off the device

Now choose the reboot system option and restart the phone in normal mode.
