Bengaluru and Singapore based startup Healthyfyme announced on Tuesday that it has raised $75 Mn in a Series C round. Private equity firm LeapFrog Investments and Vinod Khosla backed Khosla Ventures led the investment round . Unilever Ventures, Elm (Saudi PIF entity), and HealthQuad also participated in the round along with existing investors Chiratae Ventures, Inventus and Sistema.     This is the biggest funding round raised by Healthyfyme till date. American private equity major Blackstone announced on Monday that it is all set to acquire a majority stake in the edtech firm Simplilearn. This acquisition marks the growing M&A deals in the edtech space that has witnessed frenetic activities since last year’s pandemic. Drone startup TechEagle has secured INR 3.5 Cr in an apparent seed funding round. The large part of the funding has been done through internal funding, with majority of funding in the round being infused by two co-founders Vikram Singh and Anshu Abhishek. According to the regulatory filings, the Kanpur based startup has passed a resolution to allot 1,663 convertible preference shares at a premium of INR 21,337 each share. American logistics giant FedEx announced on Friday that it has entered in equity and commercial agreement with India’s homegrown logistics startup Delhivery. The agreement would allow both companies in leveraging their combined strength to unlock the potential of India’s international trade. As part of this agreement, FedEx will make $100 Mn equity investment in Delhivery. This investment will be channeled through FedEx’s subsidiary firm FedEx Express.
