Apple(and not AT&T) sued over “Unrealistic 3G speed claims”

Jason Medway,a resident of California has filed a 14-page complaint in a Northern California court against Apple,representing not only him but thousands of other California customers who purchased iPhone3G last year.

According to Medway’s claims,the latest version of iPhone called iPhone3G has a defect which doesn’t let the the Apple’s  smartphone users,get consistent 3G speed.Medway also highlights the fact that Apple is well aware of the problem as thousands of folks have repeatedly complained regarding the inconsistent high-speed connectivity but Apple has not taken any responsible action …

On October 8,Earthcomber,a Chicago based startup filed a lawsuit against TechCrunch,adding it as a defendent in a patent infringement lawsuit which the former earlier filed against Loopt,a location based social network.The reasons behind penalizing Loopt still seem logical but putting TechCrunch under the scanner seems way illogical to us.
