Alice.com,a startup that we wrote about when they raised over $4Mn round of funding,has silently advanced into ‘Closed beta’.Mark McGuire,one of the co-founders of ‘Alice‘ wrote a post regarding their ‘private beta’ annoncement on their Flywheelblog.

They are now showing up a different homepage with few brands such as Tide,Fructis and Colgate on the front.At the time of funding,their plan was to enter closed beta in January and ‘full beta’ in March 09.And now with closed beta coming in February,it looks like they are running a little behind the schedule but still the ‘Public beta’ is about to happen soon.We expect Alice.com to announce public beta in last week of March or early April.

With what we could dig out about Alice and what we are seeing right now,it’s certain that Alice is going to introduce a way to get your daily household consumer items conveniently delivered to you.For the rest of the hidden surprise,you might have to be a little more patient till their public beta announcement.
